Referral Marketing Disclosure

Last updated: October 2026

You should know how Significantterritory Heating & Air works and how it earns money. This disclosure explains our role. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What Significantterritory Heating & Air Does

Significantterritory Heating & Air is a referral and marketing service that links homeowners with independent HVAC providers. We do not perform AC repair, furnace repair, maintenance, system installation or any other heating and cooling work.

When you phone the number on this site or send a form, your call or request may go to an independent provider, or to a marketing partner that works with providers in your area.

How We Get Paid

Providers or marketing partners may pay Significantterritory Heating & Air for calls, form submissions or other referrals we send their way. The payment can depend on factors such as how long a call lasts or whether it gets answered. We may be paid even if you decide not to hire the provider.

This payment does not change what a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for any work you agree to, at the prices the provider sets.

Providers Stand on Their Own

Providers are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents or partners of Significantterritory Heating & Air. Each one alone is responsible for:

• Its estimates, pricing and terms
• The quality and timing of its work
• The equipment it installs and any warranties it offers
• Its licenses, insurance and certifications
• How it communicates and behaves with you

Being connected with a provider is not an endorsement or a promise about their work. Because of how we are paid, the provider you reach may depend on which providers are part of our network at that moment.

The Decision Is Yours

You never have to hire a provider we connect you with. Ask questions, check credentials, request a written estimate and compare other quotes before you decide.

Call Recording

Calls made through this site may be tracked and, in some cases, recorded for quality, verification and billing purposes.
